Spa Recruit Middle East are seeking a full-time Educator who will be responsible for developing and delivering exceptional education programs and creating an inspiring learning experience for students. The Educator will ensure the training is focused on current industry trends, using the latest teaching methods and techniques, and in accordance with international best practices and DHA standards. This on-site, full-time role is based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

CIDESCO / CIBTAC or equivalent International Beauty Therapy Education
DHA Eligibility / DHA License
Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating, implementing and delivering educational programs in the beauty and skincare industry
International training / education experience and certifications are preferred
Demonstrated ability to teach, motivate and inspire students to achieve their goals, with strong communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in creating and updating course content and materials, with attention to detail and the ability to work independently and in a team environment
A passion for the beauty and skincare industry, with up-to-date knowledge of current and emerging trends and best practices
Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
