Spa Recruit Middle East are seeking an experienced Clinic Manager for a luxury group of laser facial clinics in Dubai.

Clinic Managers bear the responsibility for the entire management and operations of the assigned Clinic. Assesses and evaluates staff members’ jobs and meets with them to make suggestions for improvement and address any concerns. And implementing any required changes to optimize the client’s experience.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Warmly greeting clients, checking them in, and walking them to the waiting area
• Answering clients’ questions about treatments via phone, WhatsApp, Instagram,
email, or in-person
• To manage clients with grace, even during peak demand
• Welcome walk-ins, answer questions about treatments, and schedule appointments
based on availability
• Book and confirm appointments via phone and WhatsApp
• Inform clients about new treatments and discounts
• Upsell treatments and products when appropriate
• Proactively identify and resolve client issues using the clinics protocol
system
• Receive payments from clients and track all transactions
• To handle opening and closing procedures of the Clinic
• Ensuring that the Clinic is kept clean and organized
• Managing the Clinic’s budget, billing system, and inventory
• Weekly cash reconciliation with management
• Monthly attendance and stock reports monitored and verified for accuracy and
submitted to management
• Enforcing all health and safety regulations and protocols
• Follow the proper clinic protocols and meet the terms and conditions of
the work
• Work collaboratively with different team members of Skin Laundry
• Flexible work schedule; some evenings and weekends will be required
• Any other duties and responsibilities that the Regional Clinic Manager may
assign
