Spa Recruit Middle East are seeking an experienced group operations manager for a group of laser facial clinics in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have multi site experience as an operations manager.

An operations manager contributes to the company’s organizational processes and adds improvements to it. Their main duties include assisting the human resources, and operations team, implementing policies and strategies to improve productivity and efficiency levels, and building an enjoyable company culture.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Streamline all the procedures involved in operations
• Improve and give insights on the recommended sales approach
• Assisted new joiners with documents, training documents, and videos
• Responsible for the products registration in UAE
• Placing new orders, coordinating, and communicating with different teams when
receiving a shipment
• Preparing monthly stock and consumables report
• Perform regular audits to maintain and monitor inventory
• Analyze all operations and forward suggestions for improvement to the Director
• Assist with fit-out and weekly site visits
• Familiarized with the rules and processes of DHA
• Assist in DHA inspection for clinics
• Assist with training manuals for the clinics
• Any other duties and responsibilities that the Director of Operations may
assign
