Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and guests in a warm and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about clinic services, procedures, and appointment scheduling.
Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently, directing them to the appropriate department or staff member.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for all visitors.
Register and update patient information accurately in the electronic system.
Schedule appointments, and follow-up visits, while coordinating with doctors and other staff members to optimize patient flow.
Collect and process payments for services rendered, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Assist with administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and managing medical records.
Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless coordination between the front desk and back-office operations.
Handle any issues or complaints with professionalism and a customer-centric approach.

Requirements:
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Arabic language skills would be an advantage).
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Proficient in using computer software and electronic medical record systems.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
