Spa Recruit Middle East are seeking a Spa and Wellness Operations Manager to join a luxury spa and wellness centre in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This beautiful centre comprises of a spa, hammam, nail salon, hair salon and fitness centre and their promise is to effortlessly combine unobtrusive levels of hygiene with supreme luxury.

Requirements

Min College degree
Massage /Skincare or Hair license and/or certification.
Full Command of the English Written and Spoken Language
Accounting, budgeting and financial statement working knowledge
Strong communication skills
Proven leadership qualities
Minimum 10 years in Spa/Salon leadership position and operational experience.
Full working knowledge of spa, salon, treatments programs and products.
Computer literate

Maintain inventory of professional products managed to capture full revenue potentials

Meet with consultant(s) to review business status and follow up action
Handle client’s complaints by following the instant guest pacification ensuring guest satisfaction.
Recruitment – ability to interview and select excellent staff to create a leading service and treatment presentation
Motivation of staff to perform at their highest abilities
Responsible for Performance evaluations and disciplinary procedures
Maintain standards with all staff.

Salary SAR 10,000 – 15,000 per month
