Position Purpose

Therapists are responsible for delivering exceptional treatments to guests of the spa in line with brand standards, whilst maintaining excellent five-star client care, cleaning standards and grooming. Spa Therapists are also responding to guest needs and recommending suitable products as required.

Key responsibilities in this role will include but not be limited to the following:

• Performs all treatments to an exceptional standard, as per the protocols and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the client’s specific needs.
• Updates own knowledge of products and treatment brand standards, outside of formal training by the product houses and Managers.
• Carries out an in-depth consultation with each client prior to treatment, ensuring medical history and concerns are identified
• Ensures aftercare recommendations are made at the end of every treatment, linking with client concerns

Candidate Requirements:
• Must be already located in the UK with permission to work and have strong English communications skills- both written and spoken.
• Previous experience of working with luxury spa brands is desired for this role
• CIBTAC, CIDESCO or ITEC Beauty and massage qualification
• Must be passionate about providing excellent customer service to all.
• Previous experience of a role within a similar environment is preferred but not essential

Spa Recruit Middle East are seeking a part time spa retail expert to join a luxury skincare distribution company in Dubai. You will ideally be a retail expert already in Dubai and have much flexibility on your working hours as you would be required to work some evenings and weekends. You will be required to work during peak season (mostly September to May) with the majority of the summer off. The role will involve in spa retail activations, retail support and attending events. Spa Recruit Middle East are seeking a Russian speaking Beauty Advisor to work in a luxury retail outlet in Dubai. You will have at least 1 year experience working for luxury beauty brands as a beauty advisor at a luxury department store in Dubai and speak fluent Russian and English. You must be passionate about beauty and wellness products, have a warm and outgoing personality and willing to work evenings and weekends.
