Spa Recruit Middle East are seeking a Creative Director for their client in the UAE.

The Role:

Experience:

a minimum of 10 years practical experience in a high-end salon. Someone who is
current and up to date in the latest hair trends and techniques.

Personality requirements:

A passionate customer focused, flexible, open minded and energetic personality who
is able to grow and develop and train stylists. Excellent leadership qualities and a
mature and wise person who is a team player. A happy and kind individual who loves
learning and growing herself.

Skills:
A creative director will be expected to contribute to the overall success of the salon,
by committing to providing colour/cut and style services at the very highest standard
to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and also by supporting and inspiring her team.
Also to carry out personalized consultations with clients on their needs and advise on
anything from hair care to cuts and colours.

A generally confident person and highly experienced in all aspects of hairdressing;
cutting, styling, colouring, highlights, extensions, straightening. hair up, foils etc

Salary and commission;

12-14K

Exact salary depends on skill level.

Service commission is 15% on revenue generated above 3 times salary, and 25% on
revenue generated above 4 times salary. I.e. someone on a salary of 10K will earn
15 % on all revenue above 30K, and 25% on all revenue above 40K.
Retail commission is 10% for all.
