Salon Manager

Requirements:
1. You must have at least 5 years experience as a salon manager
2. Detail oriented (when it comes to everything from the appearance of staff, to overall cleanliness of the salon)
3. Proactive rather than reactive, does not wait for me to highlight an issue or concern, she is fast thinking and will seek to solve any issue before it arises.
4. Inspiring leader, leads through inspiring the staff, creating a positive, drama free working environment.
5. Has staff training and development on top of her priority list at all times
6. Seeks to always be ahead of trends (esp. when it comes to nails), service development and research of new techniques
7. Knows the importance of social media and works closely with our social media manager to ensure platforms are always active, engaging, and trendy.
